"Show strength and courage, like Sarah does travelling alone with Todd. Not suggesting he walk down dark alleys on his way home from work in NYC, but show that he's not afraid. IMHO. "
Beck demonstrated a great deal of courage organizing and presenting this event. Were you raised in a very protected environment?

I missed the beginning of this and Palins speech (darn), but was MCCain there? or did she talk about him?Yes, she did mention McCain, and there was a slight pattering of applause. You could see she noticed by the look on her face. Eventually, she will figure out that McCain is not liked by the people she loves most.

I haven't seen any of the Sharpton coverage yet. Even if he filled a H.S. it would be an embarrassment after his attack on Beck's event. The funny thing is he will no doubt show up on Beck's show next week with his tail between his legs. lol

You really think Sharpton is going to go onto Becks show again?

It was a wonderful welcome home message—we’re honored you are here. I’m sure there were plenty of tears in that crowd—I shed my share. The treatment that you and so many of our returning troops received was a big black mark on his history. And too many of those people are in our schools and Government today. I’ve heard that every person at that rally today represented 10 people who wanted to be there were not able to do so. I say that’s probably an underestimation! They all did us proud!

Would love to have a little talk with that young man. You would think these young people would realize that they are part of the Establishment now with their America-hating. Whatever happened to rebellious youth? That little boy might as well be wearing a sheep’s costume.

I can give you a little insight. The polls are relatively tight now but I suspect it won’t be nearly as tight at the end of the day.
I have spoken to union members down in Vegas, & even though the leadership is firmly behind Harry, the rank & file are far from. They HATE socialism & think that’s where Harry & his cadre are headed.
Without the union rank & file, Harry is toast. We’ll keep praying that’s the case.

Yet CNN keeps parroting “two major rallies.” There was just one, and CNN is desperate to misrepresent his attendance.

No. Amazing Grace was written by John Newton, former slaver, who was a good friend of William Wilberforce the British abolitionist.

Hopefully that tepid response to Sarah's brief mentioning of his name will
WAKE UP, MCCAIN!
to the dangerous realities facing this country! We can't have RINO's calling the shots in DC! There's too much at stake!

There were a handful of protesters on the National Mall between the Smithsonian Metro station and the Washington Monument.

I dont think Rush has the desire to engage in any pi$$ing matches. For some reason some of these other radio personalities do. He has mentioned both Glenn and Sean before, but not often, and not in any detail. He has also said he doesn't listen to any other talk programs other than his own, so that may be one of the reasons.

I haven’t attacked anyone except you jerk. And for that I don’t apologize. Once again, go away........
