How about walking across the bridge from Arlington Cemetery station?

I don't know if pedestrians are allowed on the bridge.

Pedestrians will probably be allowed on the bridge tomorrow. On my way home from work today I saw flashing road work billboards that said bus unloading zone along VA route 110 which runs between the Potomac river and Arlington National cemetery. I've got to believe they are going to make some folks walk across the Memorial bridge to get to the rally. I just hope older folks don't have to make that trek.

Apparently they are:

"Crossing the Potomac River, the bridge is 2,163 feet long and 75 feet wide, including a 15-foot pedestrian walkway. Nine beautiful arches cross the river on this bridge, which was once a drawbridge but is now inoperative. Kids love walking..."
