She has no time to pull such a move and the reaction from the public will be against her and she’d lose the seat in Nov.

The GOP needs to tell her, its over and if she doesnt accept the vote, then they pull the rug out from under her.

Yep; not only that, it should tell her to graciously concede once all the votes are counted, and prepare to go against Begich (D) in 2014.
