I just heard about this poll from a comment over at News Busters and ran to FR to see if we had a thread on it.

This is fantastic news!!!!!! I thought Rubio would get a bump from the primary but didn’t think it would be substantial considering he was running virtually unopposed.

Rubio has solidified his voters while Crist and Meek both can easily be bled of supporters. That is great news!!!

I fear that one of B.O.’s October surprises will be an indictment against Rubio . I might be mistaken, but Rubio was being investigated along with the recently indicted Jim Greer for FLGOP credit card abuse . Greer got pinched and we haven’t heard a peep about Rubio since ... It’s been buried .
Does anyone have any info on the status of the DOJ investigation ? Was Rubio cleared ?
