Also I am not an ambassador for Scott at all. I just can't see how anyone on FR would have ever wanted a wish washy flip flopper like McCollum asgovernor. I think those people need to realize what went wrong in 2008 and ask themselves why they are making the SAME mistakes again in 2010.
I’ve known Bill McCollum since he was in DC writing articles of impeachment against Clinton and trying his damnedest to throw him out of office. He’s a good, decent man. Yes, he’s a career politician and part of the establishment running the RNC and voters have an anti-incumbent mindset that has hurt him.
McCollum has worked both sides of the aisles more than I’d like, yet there are certain positions his principles are not compromised. Abortion being the first that comes to mind.
Saying McCollum is a Charlie Crist does nothing to advance your position and in fact makes you look either ignorant of McCollum’s record, or desperate to smear him with anything in an attempt to advance Scott.
Is it possible for a single Scott supporter to tell me why I or anyone else, should actually support him without tearing down someone else?
Why, specifically, should I support HIM instead of throwing my vote his way, solely because he has an R after his name?
Positions, background, assurances based on past actions that he is what he claims to be, explanation of why he personally profited from the holocaust of elective abortion - something, anything. Can a single Scott supporter do that?
