Can Scott serve as Governor from a prison cell? I mean, I’m just curious. Because he IS a crook and deserves to be behind bars.

McCollum’s office probably has plenty of evidence to indict him but resisted because it would taint the primary election and look blatently political. Now that he can start cleaning out his desk in the AG’s office, maybe McCollum will turn his staff loose to bring the indictments. Or will “Conservatives” prevail on him not to indict their Savior and spoil the general election? Will McCollum fall on his sword for these lemmings?

The next couple of months are going to be very interesting in Florida as all this unfolds in front of the electorate. Scott may have bought himself a party nomination for $40,000,000,000, but I seriously doubt he can stand up to the fire that’s coming in the general election.

Here’s what Republican Party of Florida Chairman John Thrasher had to say about Rick Scott last week:

“Over the last several weeks and in an escalated manner this weekend, Rick Scott has orchestrated a multifaceted campaign of misinformation in an effort to mislead Florida voters and confuse the facts surrounding the arrest and indictment of Jim Greer as well as the Party’s financial situation and preparedness to support our candidates as we move towards the November election. Mr. Scott’s repeated attacks come straight from Jim Greer and the Florida Democrats’ talking points and seek to diminish and destroy the credibility of the Party we have worked so hard to rebuild following the Crist/Greer era.”

Now Thrasher’s job is to work to get Scott elected Governor. Sure wouldn’t want that job. Good luck John.

You've got your facts wrong. Greer is the criminal who belongs behind bars. Scott was the guy who led industry in the fight against Hillarycare. For his efforts, he earned retribution from the Clinton thugs at Justice and the enmity of some conservatives on FR. It's a strange world we live in.

I don’t know why he DIDN’T Mike. If Scott deserves to go to jail, indict him and let the court decide. But having Sink as our Governor is as bad if not worse than having Obama.

All I know as of right now and when I made that post was McCollum conceded and Scott is the primary winner as long as that holds true I’ll back whoever is running against the Dem.

I’d much rather have McCollum win, he had our vote, contributions, have his sign in my yard STILL and talked people into switching from Scott to him.
