1) Don't look too hard. People quote scripture all the time on FR, including this thread.

2) I only brought up the religious angle because someone said "Jesus walked among sinners!!!! Why can't Ann????"

3) This may be a political meeting, but it is a conference of homosexuals, which means that is automatically includes a political statement about homosexuality. If it were a meeting solely about conservative vs. liberal, it would be just a convention, not a homosexual convention. Ann's endorsement of the convention is necessarily an endorsement of the theme of the convention, unless she stealthily plans to speak out against the theme, which we all know she is not going to do.
