Yeah, the door’s still open. Hopefully, he’ll come back and dial it back a little. In the meantime, I really hope your Phoenix contact is correct. Another six years of McCain would be unbearable. He’ll be approaching 80 when it’s up and will probably finally be ready to retire, which means he’ll have absolutely no reason not to keep stabbing us in the back (or, if he wants to stay on, back to the right again in 2016!).
