I’m sure they have their own architects and engineers. The problem is going to be getting things to pass inspection, slow downs, lost material, delay after delay, cost over runs. A hundred million won’t even begin to cover the cost if they attempt to build that.
Construction in NYC costs a lot of money just to get the building inspectors out there. No $$ and it can take forever to get them to the site.
