Once it starts, it won’t be as easy to stop by just delaring martial law. Lot’s of years of pent up anger. Those instituting martial law will be nothing more than another target. And please, bring in the blue helmets. Those are great range finders. ;-)
No marshall law won’t stop it, but thats how the government can get away without elections and subject the country to their will..
