Then you would be committing fraud if you accept payment claiming you are a retired judge. We have laws already against Fraud. We do not need another vague law that gives power to the govt.

Let’s all claim to be Retired Federal Judges, then, and get paid for speaking engagements? If someone did that then it's fraud. But if all they did was claim to be a judge in a bar do you really think they should get locked up?
If they start criminalizing what people say hate speech laws will be next.
