Al-Walaa wa Al-Baraa most simply translated would mean "Allegiance and Rejection". -- or the expression of love or allegiance for the sake of Allah and the expression of hate, or enmity also for the sake of Allah, ie meaning, to both offer and withhold--for the sake of Allah.
