Frankly, I'm not at all worried about any previously deported twice illegal alien encountering problems in our jail system. He's undoubtedly a bad dude who gave somebody there cause to believe he was a danger to the prisoners in general.

He didn't get killed that time, but he will eventually because NO ONE wants this puke walking around near them ~ and some prisoners remember they have rights.

BTW, this happened to Eric Daumer, the Maneating Man from Milwaukee. The prisoners nailed him for good. Jail is one thing. Being locked up with a cannibal isn't in the law!

You mean Jeffrey Dahmer? Or was there another one I don’t know about?

Jeffrey Dahmer should have received the death penalty.

He didn’t.

It is therefore wrongful to allow him to be murdered in jail.

If we don’t have the stones to execute him, we definitely shouldn’t be relying on criminals to do it for us.

“Being locked up with a cannibal isn’t in the law!”

Being locked up with a cannibal is, arguably, cruel and unusual punishment.

However, if this is a Republic wherein the citizen regulates his own behavior, shouldn’t we exile those who will not live within the laws of the Republic?

Exile ‘em or execute ‘em. Caging a man degrades the criminal and the prison staff. Not to mention the cost of the prisons.

In the instant case, had the killer of the girl been executed the second time he was found here (he returned from exile), the girl would still be alive.
