No, it's damning the NYT since this is essentially a Commie rag, albeit a rather regularly informative Commie rag, but you can't further into Libtardom than this periodical wants to go.

My experience in reading them (going on 15 years ~ or ever since they first had any kind of web presence) has been that they have comprehensive reporting ~ and any smart guy can read right past the Leftist garbage and dig out the nuggetoids of fact.
