Actually, Clinton is the one who had his own "body count". I'm not hearing about any mysterious deaths surrounding the Obama administration.
I believe the Clinton's were unprincipled while Obama actually may be principled. Of course Obama's principles are aligned with Karl Marx, which doesn't bode well regardless.
Clinton is old school South, Obama is old school Chicago. They both have a method of dealing with problems.
