If the Kenyan were to be removed for lack of citizenship, all his accomplishments would stand until repealed formally. Legality or constitutionality would not apply. For the Repubnlicans, 90% of them, Ơbamacare cannot be repealed no matter its or the Kenyan's legality because so many new bureaucrats have already been hired and the Republicans will not vote for any measure that would cause masses of bureaucrats to lose their jobs. Scotus picks? Who is going to judge them? I don't expect a series of duels among the justices.

That would seem correct to me. They’d have to be “un-appointed” from the court, and it would seem that the two vacancies would have to be filled by his successor in office...

"that would mean his scotus picks are invalid correct??" That is the real question. Lets us say Obama resigns because he is pressured to do so after it is discovered he is in fact not a natural born citizen. (Not saying this is true just pondering the results of such) The Constitution has no section dealing with undoing the legislation and appointments an illegitimate President made while in office.
It would be an all out Circus and full of conundrums. Normally the SCOTUS would rule on such things once Congress passed legislation that dealt with it or a case was brought in the lower courts seeking redress of Obama's action while being an illegitimate POTUS. How would the SCOTUS rule being they have now 2 people on the court appointed by Obama.
This mess would go on for years with the Republicans and Democrats continually battling over the outcome. Which makes me wonder (if indeed Obama isn't eligible) if this was not part of the plan all along!
