No she won’t. The first two years are a freebie. You sign a commitment when you start the Fall of your 3rd year.

No, the first two years are free if you elect to not start your third year. At the beginning of your third year - at all the service academies - you have to sign a contract, which obligates you to active duty, for a period of no less than four years. If you wash out after signing that contract, you may have to repay the government or actually fulfill your obligation as an enlisted man (or none of the above), depending on the reason you fail to graduate from the service academy.
