I’ve come to believe that Dr. Fukino’s statement that he is a “natural-born citizen”, means he was delivered vaginally.

Fukino said she saw unknown vital records that ‘verify’ Obama is a ‘natural-born American citizen.’ Of course, no vital record in the state of Hawaii makes such a declaration, especially because there is no such legal entity. In this country, we are United States citizens. It’s not a legally binding statement, and in a court of law would have to be backed up by some sort of evidence.
