Much closer to 1.0 standard measure of event probability. What folks wish the Constitution might say and what its says are two different things. Just as a bigamist’s follow-on marriage is invalid upon discovery, no judicial decree required, so too is a illegible man never President, no matter who the heck swore him in.

Discovery would invalidate Obama’s faux Presidency, so I suspect.

I am pretty darn sure only a congress can unseat a president called impeachment. All those constitutional purists posting those BC lawsuit cases missed that part of it. That is why Clinton case was sent to congress rather than a courtroom.

And given we have a midterm election coming up and not one congressional candidate will propose impeachment it looks like we might have to beat him the standard way, winning an election,
