I always wanted to write a novel where the Russians invade, and the gangs have to take back the city block by block.

Gangs...not a bunch of middle class white boys from Montana...it would be a theroretical discussions if “oppressed” minorties would join or defend their country from invaders. To quote Rick Blain when a Nazi asked him what he would think about Nazis taking over New York, “well there’s several places in the Bronx I would stay out of.”
