The 14th Amendment was never meant to allow anchor babies. It is a case where what was meant to be a good law needs to be amended. It is a matter of national survival. Do you want to live in a nation that looks like Mexico or Venezuela?

It was not written to allow anchor babies. Justice Brenner changed that. It does not need to be changed to fix it either.
