Remember that recent example of the lady BO paraded out who was "unemployed," hadn't she been fired or something similar? they don't do ANY vetting apparently. Or the anchor baby who had clearly been prompted to ask about her/his illegal mom...
Using a funeral as an excuse is so wrong and desperate. And, EVEN if it is true, as my manager once told us, "business is business." In other words, we're allowed limited time to grieve for friends of friends. But since MO has never actually worked in the private business world, I guess she wouldn't know that.
