BTW, it's abundantly clear that her husband's copy is microfiche and not an original. So the article doesn't say what you say it does. If it does, cut and paste the text in question.

And doesn't it seem logical that if a 1949 and 1981 long form are available that a 1961 long form is also available?
There has to be an appropriate form somewhere. We're dealing with the government here, ya know. There's a form for everything!
