Obama’s short form also has a signature and a raised Seal. One of the persons who has confirmed Obama’s birth information is Dr. Alvin T. Onaka, Registar of Vital Records for the state of Hawaii. It is HIS signature that is on Obama’s certified copy of his COLB.
