The guy with folded arms is Peter Ortzag, Obama’s former budget director, who quit his post a few weeks ago. I guess he got tired explaining why a 14 trillion dollar debt and 1.4 trillion dollar annual deficit is good for the country.

I believe that is Peter R. Orszag, former Director of the Office of Management and Budget who has also left the Obama Administration.
