We will know where they are as soon as they apply power to them. So unless they can use them without electricity, i.e. camel slingshot, they are of no real threat.

Wow, four (4) whole missiles? With that battery you can successfully engage how many targets? Maybe 1 or 2 high performance aircraft? (fighter-bomber type) Maybe.
Without the associated equipment these might as well be training/handling shapes. Actually they're more useless than T/H shapes since these are more dangerous and fragile. ;-)
At another level, is this how you influence a reluctant business partner -- by stealing their product/technology? Oh yeah, that'll convince the Russians to go ahead...not!
