Page 99 presents a birth certificate from Topeka, Kansas. I cannot read all the wording except that the mother is Stanley A. and the date is July 1959. Is this a second birth certificate for Obama?

It will take some decades to rewrite the history of our founding. Unless Obama can come up with an alternative father, he is not a constitutional president. If he had a citizen father, as some have anticipated, Marshall Davis or Malcolm X for example, his stated belief that his father was a British subject making Barry a British subject at birth shows his intent to defraud his supporters and all voters. His Harvard Constitutional Law professor, a professor for whom he worked as a student assistant, Larry Tribe, is an expert who sat on Obama’s election committee; there can be no doubt that he well understood the provision established by John Jay and George Washington, and affirmed by John Marshall, Morrison Waite, and Charles Evans Hughes, all chief justices, and 14th Amendment author John Bingham.
The proof has been public since before the 2008 election. Ignorance of this proof depends upon the instinct to belive and desire to belong to the dominant class. Fortunately many U.S. citizens have become suspicious of the Ruling Class, and are learning about a previously obscure part of our history - the thinking and intents of our founders and framers.
I think that you are right about the framers, but current legal opinion, informed by the 14th Amendment seems to think otherwise. In fact, I think that the current bar and Judiciary thinks that the whole NBC clause is silly.

I just notice they were unable to come up with proof of marriage for BO Sr and Stanley Ann. (They did produce the ivorce decree)
I also just noticed on page 3 of the other docs [http://www.scribd.com/doc/35161730/Stanley-Ann-Dunham-Obama-Soetoro-Passport-Application-File-Strunk-v-Dept-of-State-FOIA-Release-FINAL-7-29-10] that Stanley Ann gave the name “Stanley Armour Dunham, Bank of America, Honolulu” as emergency contact. Not Mrs Dunham. I did not realize he worked at the Bank of Hawaii. I thought he sold furniture.
111 pages were located, 83 pages were released, 7 pages withheld and 16 pages referred to the State Department for a direct response to the FOIA requester.

Fact: A **real**, natural born, American citizen would be **HONORED** to promptly prove with the best evidence that he was natural born and eligible to be president and Commander in Chief.

I’m not sure that all of this if fact, but they are certainly interesting observations. I don’t think that Mr. Obama intends to cooperate and provide his records. That poses a bit of a problem, doesn’t it. He was elected President and no one can prove or disprove that he was born in Hawaii. So, I guess that we just have to go with what you think. Or, should we go with what somebody else thinks? Should we hold a lottery and go with what the winner thinks? Maybe the courts can solve this, but that’s been tried 71 times and has gotten nowhere. If Obama’s intent was to poke a stick in our eye, it looks like he has succeeded.
