You almost have it. It's "US Go-mint."
It's really very simple: The Fed prints the money and the money leaves the country as drug payments. The bankers get to go on diluting assets while protected from inflation because those dollars don't come home; instead becoming a de facto world currency. The supplier nations melt down, making their resources available for a song. The populace continues into dependency, which makes them available to extort for votes at others' expense. The votes buy treatment preferential to the bankers' investments.
What's not to like?
Yes. Always remember that there is no “Government” that is a monolith. It is made up of individual human beings who pull their pants on one leg at a time just like you and me. It seems that a horrific percentage of those people must be bought and paid for by the cartels - far more than the mafia used to buy government. But if it were true, the truth would out. The truth will do that.
