I’m well aware that Kagan is liberal, but it’s a seat that is already held by a liberal.

You haven’t been paying attention , she is a useful idiot for Van Jones and Soros , just as Obama is and she has no respect for the constitution... if we get the house and senate it is imperative that impeachment proceedings for buzzy, stevens , Kagan and the rest go forward.
How do you know she’s not a Van Jones? I would think they’ve done what they can to hide as much of her past as possible.
