0b0z0's inferiority complex is very natural when he's around high-ranking leaders.

When 0b0z0 remembers that he's actually the alleged POTUS, he puts on the superiority complex and arrogantly sticks his nose up in the air. We already saw pictures of him "practicing" the arrogant look backstage of an event and in front of a mirror.

I believe that an inferiority complex turns into a superiority complex, depending on the circumstances.

And I have also heard that a superiority attitude is yet but a mask to hide deep feelings of inferiority. I'm not a shrink, but in a common sense vein, I can see that as well.
