Hm, well given that civil responses to the invasion of illegal immigrants are being shot down by the federal government; perhaps it's time for the states to respond militarily.
Let the state Governor declare a state of invasion and call up the State's National Guard to address the issue, then when the Federal Government either a) refuses to assist, or b) takes action against the state blast them with the following.

US Constitution -- Art 4, Sec 4:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Let the state Governor declare a state of invasion ...

When are the legislators going to see that this new wave of illegals doesn't give a damn about American or assimilation ...they indeed are invaders and act as such...
