WASHINGTON — FBI Director Robert Mueller told Congress on Wednesday that he does not know how many of his agents cheated on an important exam on the bureau's policies, an embarrassing revelation that raises questions about whether the FBI knows its own rules for conducting surveillance on Americans.

The Justice Department inspector general is investigating whether hundreds of agents cheated on the test. Some took the open-book test together, violating rules that they take it alone. Others finished the lengthy exam unusually quickly, current and former officials said.

Since the FBI falls under the auspices of the Treasury Department, I can see where this should not be a problem. After all, the turd that heads up that department is a TAX CHEAT, so why should anybody else tow the line?

How can you “cheat” on an open-book test? You might break the rules, but it would be pretty hard to cheat.

Is there a test in existence that no one cheats or tries to cheat on? Yeah this is bad and if it could be proven WHO cheated, boot their asses

FBI is under Dept. of Justice, not Treasury. When new rules as to what agent’s are allowed to do are so complicated, that hundreds of agents can’t pass the test, perhaps the new rules are too complicated.

FBI is under Justice. Secret Service is under Treasury.

Opps!!

I stand corrected.

Then again, when it comes to the nature of this Regime...I suppose that it really doesn’t make much difference, does it?

DOJ, who is actively doing their level best to interfere with our military personnel’s right to vote is headed up by Eric The Red, who seems to think that voter intimidation is okay as long as it’s Black on White intimidation, right?

The DOJ has been little more than the armed wing of the Presidential party for a couple of generations. They have nothing but contempt for us and the way they treated this test is not a surprise. We’re all Richard Jewell to them. The Feds follow no laws, so the test was a joke. No one will be punished because no one cares. Much better to yell about Arizona 24/7.

If the Kobayashi Maru is good enough for Captain Kirk, it’s good enough for the FBI.

Saavik: Admiral, may I ask you a question?
Kirk: What’s on your mind, Lieutenant?
Saavik: The Kobayashi Maru, sir.
McCoy: Lieutenant, you are looking at the only Starfleet cadet who ever beat the no-win scenario.
Saavik: How?
Kirk: I reprogrammed the simulation so it was possible to rescue the ship.
Saavik: What?
David Marcus: He cheated.
Kirk: I changed the conditions of the test; got a commendation for original thinking. I don’t like to lose.
