Common sense deserted this nation sometime in the last 30-40 years.
I guess innocent citizens have their civil rights violated EVERY TIME the police investigate suspicion of ANY crime. Is there any other conclusion?
Certainly every time a protected minority is investigated.
Should apply to burglary, murder, rape, etc.
