Arizona should just enforce the law and give the Feds the middle finger.
Are you angry enough yet, America?
Our judicial system is in the toilet.
Typical judge: Major coward. Pass it on to another court.
Check her bank accounts.
Why is it that a Clinton-appointed “judge” is given the responsiblity for these cases? Judicial assignments are supposed to be at random; you would think there would be at least a 50/50 chance of getting a Reagan or Bush appointed federal judge but it never works out that way. Thus, in California for the proposition on limiting the rights of illegal aliens, we got “judge” Marianna Pfaelzer, for this one, we got another clinton “judge”.
Mexico won.
Obama is going to wish he lost this decision.
This will only galvanize voters for the GOP.
“US District Judge Susan Bolton, a Clinton appointee...”
No merit. That just means it will get kicked up the ladder.
Screw the feds.
Glad to know that if I get pulled over I don’t have to show any I.D.
So, what they are arguing is that it is no longer illegal to be illegal. If that is the case, then it should no longer be illegal to ignore the Feds.
If I'm reading this correctly, it's just a temporary injunction until the court can finish hearing the case,
You said that right!! It will only cause more Independents to move to the right!!!
I totally agree.
Americans won’t be pissed enough until one of the Al Qaeda operatives that has crossed into our country via Arizona blows up a mall or a city. Meanwhile, the Ruling Class has the best protection our tax dollars can buy. It is We The People that will suffer the consequences of these Liberal Traitors.
Then, the feces will fly.
You’re right...we MUST use this for our advantage through November. Most people are incredibly angry with all of this.

Idiots on Fox is trying to spin that the “bulk” of the law is still going into effect tonight, but without the requirement of law enforcement to check immigration status - this law is nothing but toilet paper.
