I’ve often wondered, how come so much conservative legislation over the years gets an injunction before it even takes effect, while liberal legislation so often gets the red carpet treatment, unabated?

Somebody has got to get a handle on this leftist tyranny from the bench. Obviously these 'judges' can nullify any state law for any reason at any time.

Heads need to roll. Impeachments. Jail time.

If the federal judges have individual standing to declare state law 'unconstitutional' through thorazine reasoning at their whim. Why can't a federal or supreme court judge challenge Barack Hussein Obama's natural born citizen status as REQUIRED under the Constitution in the same fashion? The latter being a tad more important and would be a legitimate Constitutional matter to be resolved before the court.....

Is there a lawyer in the house?
