I infer from that that the Judge basically blocked a redundant law. Would that be correct?

Not exactly. Nothing wrong with a state to re-affirm an already existing Federal Law....heck, each state constitution could be considered a redundacy of Federal Law if put as such

If Brewer and the AZ legislature take a leadership role in the matter...they can just the judge to shove it....because Federal Law says our law enforcement can check for papers...and you did not block Federal Law

AZ needs our support. They are willing to stand up to the Hispano-Racist groups....and their supporters in both the DNC and GOP.
