OK, since the state can't help us and the feds won't, the only recourse is to find out who is employing these illegals and start some serious gorilla protests against them. 70% of the people of Arizona want this, let 70% of the people of Arizona start turning their backs on anyone who hires them. I'm talking pickets, following them around, picking their "clubs" or when they attempt to take clients to lunch. Shut down small businesses that hire them but refusing to purchase their services, turn them in to general contractors if they are construction oriented and tell the generals you will file suit against them unless they cancel any contracts with illegal harboring subs.
Don't stop there! Make law allowing reward for turning in illegals and their employers. (a LEO cannot ask for papers but if a citizen says they are illegal, probable cause!?!)Stiffen fines for employers. Parents must show birth certificates for children in school, perhaps along with the parent BC. Must show proof of citizenship to get "free" medical care, otherwise treat them in emergencies, as required by law, and make them pay.
