I think you will find that this is his wife’s yacht and as a private citizen well we know the rules.

While Kerry is a hypocrite at any level, the boat is not his nor are the several mansions he lives in.

Exactly. He’s so typical, though, of wealthy liberal politicians who protect their own wealth from taxes in novel ways, while taxing/taking from the not rich high wage earners, thus blocking them from ever achieving personal wealth. He is a hypocrite and that is clear to all.

He’s also a lying traitor fake war hero (did you know, he went to Vietnam)./s

the boat is owned by an LLC incorporated in Pittsburgh PA- Heinz country

Probably more tax dodges

“Not His”- Kerry just is in control and has full use
Teresa obviously indulges her boy-toy’s hobby of collecting expensive boats, it’s cheaper and less embarrassing than the hobby of John Edwards

state Department of Revenue spokesguy Bob Bliss confirmed the senator “is under no obligation to pay the commonwealth sales tax.”

AND

However, according to Bliss, if Kerry berths the Isabel in Massachusetts waters within six months of purchasing the boat, there’s a “presumption of use” and the Heinz-Kerrys would have to walk the plank and pony up to the Bay State. After six months, should the boat change its berth to, say, Nantucket, then it’s up to the state to go after them for the taxes, Bliss added.

THE YACHT WAS DOCKED IN NANTUCKET IN EARLY JULY
