When asked if he berthed the boat in Massachusetts since he bought it, Kerry responded: “It depends on who owns it.” Then Kerry said, “Can we get out of here please.”

What a weasel.

His spokesweasel said that the boat is moored in RI because it'll be used for charters, not to evade Mass taxes, but the Jones Act forbids foreign-built ships from carrying passengers between US ports. Hmmm...

I thought it was foreign flagged ships not built. I could be wrong though.
