You are kidding? That doesn’t prove any such thing, quite the opposite. She said they may work as foreigners if they register after going through the proper processes and after Americans have first shot at the jobs at a fair wage. In other words all incentives they currently have to come here are largely taken away (must do it legally, not pinching jobs at low wages). And she is applying that to all that are currently here too.
That is not Amnesty, and in fact that is pretty standard practice for all countries around the world - ones that manage both legal and illegal immigrants.
All you have proved in your inane post, is that she does have a “policy”, and articulated it pretty well.
