WHY didn't the Obama administration try to stop the publication of Military secrets?!

Everyone knew about this for weeks, if not months - where was the FBI, CIA, Homeland Security -- why was Wikileaks not raided>

Why weren't the news outlets told to NOT publish, under threat of prosecution?

These “leaks” may be just what Hussein needs to scuttle defeating the Taliban.

Well, they couldn’t tell the German and UK papers not to publish, but we know the NY Times and the Dems are one-and-the-same. If Soetero didn’t ring up Pinch and ask him not to publish, it means Axelrod WANTED the material released. It’s just that simple.

AND if more files have not been published the FBI should be at the door today and say, "hey this isn't yours to publish"

"WHY didn't the Obama administration try to stop the publication of Military secrets?!"

You're not serious, are you? Where do you think these traitors got the classified documents from in the first place? This gives Dear Leader an excuse to leave the Middle East & Afghanistan and the Taliban & Al Qaida carte blanche. That was the plan!! If something doesn't make sense, remember, he's a MUSLIM!!

Yes, I believe they can. Those are stolen documents.

.. less than 120 days out from a hellapalooza of an election.

Obama&Regime needs all the smoke and distraction it can find about now..

Besides , who says the publications in question weren’t told? It never stopped some of them before..

Because they are leaked, there is no way to prove they are real.

They most certainly could have told foreign papers not to publish — note that Der Spiegel actually called the WH and ASKED! An apparently was told by the WH to go ahead and publish the US Military Secret. Sounds like treason by the WH to me.

“Gibbs says the White House also received questions Friday from Der Spiegel, a German magazine that also had early access to the documents.”

"These “leaks” may be just what Hussein needs to scuttle defeating the Taliban."

I think the end game here is internet regulation under the aegis of national security.

Is it possible that the leaked documents originating
before the Emperor made his coup d’etat on the Constitution
were given to the Press with one month to get ready,

while the those later were just given to al Qaeda,
Taliban, Iran, Hamas, Fatah, etc. etc.?

Then the papers were given they were not stolen.
and they are not making a secret about it either.

the arrogance is astounding.

Supposedly all of the really “damning” information seems to stop sometime in early/mid ‘09.

Hmmm.........

The only way they would have acted to stop this is if WikiLeaks was affiliated with Fox News. THEN they would have pulled out all the stops.

I didn’t phrase my comment well. I meant to say the White House couldn’t physically/legally prevent foreign papers from publishing. Barry Soetero could have used the legal system to try to stop the NY Times. In all cases, however, he green lighted the further degradation of our national security.

Oh please...since all the “leaks” are from 2004-2009, why would they care? If it makes Bush and the military look bad, they were probably all for it!!(if not behind it)
