and then, subsequently, violating the very oath that he took on a routine basis.

You have repeatedly contended that Mr. Apuzzo is to be sanctioned by the Court and continued to make those claims even after being shown the Court reversed themselves on that matter.
Instead of admitting the Court reversed themselves, you still continue with this same talking point or attempt to twist the subject to suit your needs.
This may get you pats on the back at your pro-Obama sites; a higher level of honesty is demanded on FR.
So I see you have no support for what you said about me not citing Berg in my appeal other than what the court said. That shows me that both you and the Court were clearly wrong. Why do you not simply admit that both you and the Court were wrong rather than just blame it on the Court?
