I am an SP supporter and I will not do those things you just said. No candidate is perfect and I do not agree with SP 100%, but I do trust her to be for working people and I believe she understands what business needs to thrive and I believe she will fight like crazy for working people. I believe Newt has lots of good positions but I worry that he will sell out to the Ruling Class. Ditto for others usualy mentioned. Try to get Pence or DeMint to run. I am an SP supporter but lets see debates, lets see their pasts vetted etc. Even as an SP supporter, I want healthy debates and I will vote for the R nominee. It’s possible I could even change my mind inthe R primary.
Some SP supporters may seem sensitive but they and the candidate have very abused first by MSM and now by some fellow conservatives. What I would like to hear from Newt supporters , is how can we trust him? Newt may have better depth of knowledge, be a better debater, BUT CAN WE TRUST HIM to fight for working people? The same man who curled up with nancy and said we had to vote for dede? Ditto for Mitt! What does it matter how superficially good he is if at his core he will sell out to Ruling Class??? I TRUST SARAH PALIN to fight for working people.

AGreed for the most part. I don’t trust Newt and don’t think he can be elected. I like Pence and some of the other names but I will listen too. Whatever, I will vote for the nominee in any case and will fight like hell to get anyone in the WH other than Obama. I like Barbour but think he is hurt by being southern and white and fat. Don’t like that but it is reality.

Sarah will rise or fall in debates. She has to move beyond using slogans and rah rah to be elected. We have to see if she can do that.

Frankly I like Sarah doing what she is doing and think it gives her a freedom and license to attack attack attack. Politics and electoral politicws has a way of neutering most candidates. WE saw what being on the ticket with McCain did to her, the things she had to do to “get along”. I think most presidents have to do the same thing.

I just hate to see the infighting and paranoia among conservatives. It doesn’t help us at all and it does help the democrats. We cannot let victory be snatched by defeat and that will happen if all this discourse I see on this site continue.
