I still think Newt has a place in a Palin adm. He is a smart guy but the above is what you get when you hang around dc too long and always go out of your way to get along with the other side as Newt has done for waaaay too long while they are cutting you to shreds behind your back.

If I were putting together an administration, I’d want people who could check their ego at the door. Something Newt Gingrich is incapable of doing, imo. We have a country full of good people outside of the “power structure”. It’s time for some new blood, new thinking in Washington.
