When I could no longer deny how "lib and gay" the Methodist church went, I survived on home churches and home prayer groups for almost ten years. I recently found a Traditional Anglican church where the liturgy is from the long 2,000-year journey before the hippification of the churches; but I am not sure yet whether it is still affiliated with the greater Episcopal structure. Hence I do not know where the money goes, and dread asking those questions, since the worship has been such a great relief.

There is a remote possibility the church is still affiliated with TEC, but the more likely condition is that it is either with CANA or AMIA, both of which are missionary efforts from Africa back into the US.
