That will happen when George Allen successfully sues the Washington Post for the “macaca” moment.

As everyone else has said, she has no actionable claim again Beirbart (IMHO).
I bet that once she really talks to a lawyer she’ll find out she should be suing the Fed Govt for wrongful termination. She’ll settle for $$$$.... (IMHO).
This will bring more bad press to the NAACP and US government in general (IMHO).

Sue yourself, you brain-dead b!tch! Those were YOUR words, NOT Andrew Breitbart’s! Good freaking grief! Now I HAVE heard it all...at least until the next mind-numbingly stupid actions from these leftist morons. With apologies to morons.

Shirley Sherrod doesn’t understand libel law. The plaintiff has to prove calculated malice on the part of the defendant. In this case whatever damage may have occurred was reversed in less than a day. The White House and Agriculture Secretary inflicted that damage. Also, Sherrod became a public figure in Georgia years ago as a black activist farmer. She recently received a settlement from the decades old discrimination suit against the USDA which Obama settled in favor of the aggrieved farmers.

I am certain my comments would be construed as racist by any damned liberal who reads them, but WHY does every wronged African-American make everythign about GITTIN PAID? I think it just validates the white racists’ perception, each and every time it happens. Not about justice, it’s about the Benjamins.

One of the dim bulbs in the CBS comments section said, "Even media has limits on what it can publish. Ms. Sherrod was not a public figure as defined under communication law in Sullivan v. New York Times".
Well, actually since she is an employee of the Executive Branch, she IS a public figure and we have every right right to know what kind of baloney is coming out of her mouth while she is representing our gov't.

Ms. Sherrod, you have obviously been wronged. It is your duty to minorities everywhere to make it your life’s mission to keep this incident in the media spotlight as long as possible.

Sherrod said that Breitbart's intentions were obvious - but misguided. Apparently they weren't so obvious, not just to Sherrod but to so many here, talking-heads, bloggers ... way too many have completely missed the point Breitbart intended (and did in fact) make.
To: Justaham
Great idea.
Then Brietbart can cross-complain aginst the NAACP, Obama, and the USDA—open the Pandora’s Box.
Let the chips fall where they may.
