I would make a bet that these two items are on the minds of the Marxists every single waking hour. If only they could pull it off, and don't think for a moment they are not working on accomplishing it day and night. They fear a backlash if they had the FCC shut down either one.

They can’t shut down FOX because it’s not “broadcast” it’s cable. Much harder to shut down. And they would have done it to Rush if they could have. They’re not strong enough yet... but like you say, it’s on their little totalitarian minds - and - given enough power - they’ll do it to them.
