You of course are correct that the FCC has no control over the cable content except for allocating and controlling the frequencies over which the satellites get the data. BUT Fox has licenses for all their broadcast outlets which the Kenyan bastard certainly can pull the plug on through his controlled FCC. Congress would back him, so would the courts which the Kenyan is busy filling up with his leftists.
