“Sestak is no left-wing extremist and represents the American mainstream.” . . .

“While Pat Toomey, his Republican opponent, has made Sestak’s questioning of Israel a priority attack issue, Sestak has stood firm, insisting he supports Israel but making it clear not all of Israel’s policies are acceptable. He has responded to Toomey by tying the Republican to the hated bankers on Wall Street and the nation’s economic decline.”

“Responded”? Responded??? Only if you mean “tried to deflect criticism by changing the subject.”

Sestak may be in the mainstream of leftwing ideologues, but he’s certainly NOT in the mainstream of America.

And sad to see an Israeli newspaper contributing to the “fracture”. Talk about a fifth column!

The Jerusalem Post is an organ of the elite media. Read another article in the same edition, http://www.jpost.com/Opinion/Columnists/Article.aspx?id=181444

The Jerusalem Post may be the best of worst.

Read - or avoid- Haaretz some time. You would think you are reading the paper of record of the PLO. Or follow Israeli TV news.

Caroline Glick has frequently commented on the outright treacherous behavior of the Israeli press and media.
