My cat was put down last year. She was an Australian Tree Cat. I have thought of getting two cats so they could keep each other company while I am at work. Not sure if better to get adult cats or litter trained kittens. What say you oh cat lover?
2 cats fer sure. They do more damage that way!
Litter mates get along better in my experience.
The dumb furball I have now does not like other cats, but gets along with the neighbors yellow lab.
11 years ago, I got two kittens to keep each other company while hubby and I were at work. Six years ago, I started working from home so they only had to keep each other company for 5 years. Now, one cat sleeps in the chair next to me all day while I work. What a supervisor! LOL!
